The HelixIR started with a simple question.
"How far can we push this before it stops making sense?"
So we started pushing and immediately forgot the question.
Inspired by aerospace turbine structures, We sculpted the frame into a skeletal form using precision 5-axis machining to minimize weight while maintaining strength.
It’s a process that pushes tooling, tolerances, and patience to the edge. no shortcuts, no safety nets.
the result speaks for itself.
almost weightless in appearance - yet feels solid and stunning from every angle. Every line found purpose. Every cut earns its place.
It's clear that Somewhere along the way, it stopped being just a tool. It wasn't easy,
But easy is boring af.
Carving the Uncooperative
Titanium is already challenging to work with. Timascus and Zircuti are where our therapists start making bank.
These hold heat, shift under pressure, and generally don’t cooperate - so naturally, we PROCEEDED anyway.
