The HelixIR started with a simple question.
"How far can we push this before it stops making sense?"
So we started pushing and immediately forgot the question.
Inspired by aerospace turbine structures, We sculpted the frame into a skeletal form using precision 5-axis machining to minimize weight while maintaining strength.
It’s a process that pushes tooling, tolerances, and patience to the edge. no shortcuts, no safety nets.
