All products are carefully inspected by our team and packed by hand with care before being shipped out.

To Be Eligible
1. Please make a request for refund/exchange within 7 days upon receipt. We only consider requests if items are defective or damaged likely due to our error or wrongly shipped. 

2. Your item should be in its original box and unused.

 

3. You may need to provide the proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs will be payable by you and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.

We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet our policy criteria. Thanks for understanding.

Grounds for denial include

- Clearance items

- Any item not in its original condition 

- Damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our fault.

- Any request that is made more than 7 days after receipt of item.

- Missing/stolen shipment (we will assist you in locating it)

Contact us and state "Request for Refund/Exchange" as the subject and detail the issue. Be sure to include your preferred email address for our correspondence. We will get back to you ASAP with further instructions on how to proceed with your request.

1. Exchanges

Regrettably, we may not be able to offer 1-to-1 exchanges due to depleted stock in which case we will offer a refund or an alternative product of same or higher value.

2. Refunds

Once your returned item(already approved for refund during prior correspondence) is received, we will process your refund and send you a confirmation email. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a few of days.

Late/Missing Refunds?

1. Check the correct bank account again.

2. Check with your credit card company as there may be a considerable delay before your refund is reflected.

3. Contact your bank. There is typically some processing time before a refund is processed.

"USA delays"

Package "stuck" in United States?

Delays, especially during the holiday peak, are common. If your package shows no updates by USPS for an extended period (more than 5-7 days), consider the following steps.

1. Use your tracking number and submit a service request to your local USPS Post Office. This is the best way to ascertain status of your package and possibly expedite delivery.

2. CONTACT US and provide Order Number. While we and our shipping partners have no control over USPS domestic operations, we will contact you with any pertinent info on your package. Your best bet is still Step 1.

3. Kindly be patient. Some customers' packages were only delivered after more than 7 days in the local USPS facility and tracking was updated only at the last moment. Unfortunate, but par for the course especially during peak periods.
