Returns & Refunds policy
ALL drivers and other products are carefully inspected by our team and packed by hand before being shipped out.
Only non-clearance items purchased directly from www.getgoodskrew.com may qualify for this policy.
To be eligible, you will have to make a request for refund within 7 days upon receipt.
We only consider refunds for defective or damaged items likely due to our error or wrong items shipped.
Your item should be in its original box, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You may need to provide the proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs will be payable by you and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
- Clearance items
- Any item not in its original condition
- Damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our fault.
- Any request that is made more than 7 days after receipt of item.
What to do:
Contact us via CONTACT page and state "Request for Refund" as the subject and detail the issue. Be sure to include your preferred email address for our correspondence. We will get back to you with further instructions on how to proceed with your request.
Once your returned item(already approved for refund during prior correspondence) is received, we will process your refund and send you a confirmation email thereafter.
A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a few of days.
Haven't received your refund after a long wait?
1. Check the correct bank account again.
2. Check with your credit card company as there may be a considerable delay before your refund is reflected.
3. Contact your bank. There is typically some processing time before a refund is processed.

Regrettably, we DO NOT offer exchanges due to stocks being limited. After receiving your refund, you may make a new purchase at our store if you so desire.
